Campground

Camp Mission:

“To inspire and equip the local church, community, and families to a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through biblical teaching, excellent programming, and superior service.”

The goal of Monadnock Christian Ministries is to host a family-oriented campground where people of all ages and backgrounds will be able to enjoy a pleasant stay while enjoying the glory of God’s creation without distraction.

Pricing

$42 a night per site for Water/Electric/Sewer
$35 a night per site for Water/Electric.

Each site allows for 6 members at one site if there are more than 6 people an additional site must be added. There is one communal fire pit and then 2 tent sites (Water/Electric) that have private fire pits on them #9 and #10. Please know that bringing your own fire pit is prohibited if needed firewood will also be provided.

Rules:

The campground will be open to the public following a stay at home 14-day quarantine for all Non-New Hampshire residents

In order to meet that goal, we ask that you please follow these guidelines and rules.

  • Check out time is 1:00 pm Check-in time is 2:00 pm
  • Late check out or early check-in may be approved on a case by case basis.
  • Please inquire with the camp host regarding the availability to do so.
  • Quiet hours from 10:00 pm until 7:00 pm After 10:00 pm no noise level outside your
    campsite
  • The campground speed limit is 5MPH- Drive like your kids are playing
  • The consumption of alcohol, tobacco and vaping are not allowed in any public areas.
  • They are permitted within the confines of your individual campsite, as long as it is done in a responsible manner. Tobacco may be consumed by campers 19 years of age or older, and alcohol by campers 21 years of age or older. Drunkenness, and/or disorderly conduct of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in the offender(s) being asked to leave without a refund.
  • No smoking near any of the public washrooms, pavilion and other community spaces.
    • Please dispose of any cigarette butts properly. Discarded cigarette butts around your campsite is considered littering and will be subjected to a $5.00 fee upon/after your departure.
  • NO Firearms of any kind
  • NO fireworks
  • No cutting, trimming or dragging wood from our woods. Camp firewood is available upon request. Groups are prohibited from bringing their own firewood per NH State Law
  • Fires are only permitted in the fire rings provided. Never leave a fire unattended and extinguish it fully before leaving the campground or turning in for the night.
  • Campground has an open pavilion (with electricity) that can be utilized as a meeting
    space for group functions- group must provide their own A/V
  • Pets are permitted at your site under the following conditions:
    • All pets must be well behaved and kept on a leash (max. 6-foot length) when
      outside.
  • Owners must clean up after their pets at all times and in all locations
  • Barking dogs are a nuisance to other guests and must be quieted
  • Any illegal activity will result in the police being notified and the camper(s) being asked to leave without the benefit of a refund.
  • The climbing wall may not be used without the direct supervision of qualified staff

 

Policies:

  • You are responsible to pay for any damage done to our campsites and facilities
  • Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior at ALL times.
  • All park occupants and guests must comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
  • Campground has one communal fire pit, with private fire pits being added annually
  • Only 6 people allowed per site
  • Upon arrival all guests will receive a daily devotional and offer any possible events that
    coincide with our Camp’s Mission Statement.
  • Due to CDC and State Guidelines the following policies have been put in place help to reduce the spread of COVID-19
    • All indoor public gathering areas are open but must be limited to a maximum of 10 people with at least 6 feet of distance maintained between people at all times. People are asked to use face coverings (cloth or mask) over
      their nose and mouth when in public gathering areas.
    • Outdoor public gathering areas are open but will be limited to a maximum of 10 people with at least 6 feet of distance maintained between people at all times.
    • People are asked to use cloth face coverings over their nose and mouth when in public gathering areas.
    • RV’s with and using full hookups or holding tanks are permitted without Restriction.
    • Restrooms will be frequently cleaned and disinfected, especially high-touch surfaces. Where feasible, restrooms will be converted to family-style single-use facilities where one campsite group may enter at a time.
  • Your family/group will be assigned a specific restroom to use. You will be sharing that restroom with other families, but using it in sequence with them. Families are asked to respect the other families by waiting when appropriate and thoroughly cleaning up after yourself at all times.
  • Restrooms serving campsites for camping other than RV’s with or using full hookups or holding tanks will be supplemented by a limited number of portable toilets, at or near the restroom or in other appropriate locations in the campground. All facilities will be cleaned and disinfected in a manner and frequency prescribed

 

Visitor’s Policies:

  • Due to CDC and State COVID-19 Rules:No visitors may be allowed at a campsite.
  • All day visitors must check-in at the office. A $10.00 charge per person over the age of 5. Children 4 and under are free. All visitors must exit the campground by 9:00pm.
  • Campers assume full responsibility for any visitors on their sites.
  • A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit equaling $15.00 per site is due upon reservation
  • All accounts are required to be paid in full upon arrival to MCM
  • There are no refund for early departures
  • NO SHOWS -Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds.
  • ADDITIONAL POLICIES FOR GROUPS:
    • A signed contract is due upon reservation
    • Final numbers are due one month prior to your arrival at MCM
    • MCM reserves the right to cancel your reservation without refund and/or liability if you or your group does not respect MCM’s Statement of Faith, Core Values, Guiding Principles,
      and/or Policies
    • Guest Group Cancellation 60 days or more prior to your arrival will incur no penalty
    • Guest Group Cancellation between 1 and 60 days prior to your arrival will result in your group paying 50% of the originally contracted cost
      • Example: 15 campsites x 3 nights= $480.00, you will owe $240.00 (50% of original cost) if you cancel between 1 and 60 days before your arrival
